When Everything Stopped, I Found a New Path Forward…
(And Why Packaging My Services Changed Everything)
I was freelancing through the pandemic—pregnant.
On October 28, 2020, I was writing hand-off emails until 10PM, my water broke in the middle of the night and I delvered my Son via emergency C-Section on October 29th at 3:15AM.
Literally working the night my water broke, I was still in client mode. That’s the grind, right? Keep going. Keep delivering. Keep proving yourself.
Three months postpartum, I was back at it.
Too soon.
I told myself it was the “flexibility” I wanted. I wasn’t tied to a desk. I was home with my son. I could pick and choose my projects. I was free—wasn’t I?
The reality was harder.
I was working odd hours, nursing a baby, juggling deadlines, and losing touch with myself. I wasn’t charging what I should’ve been. I wasn’t owning anything. I was surviving—barely.
For the next couple years, I ran on autopilot. Chasing contracts. Saying yes to scope-creep. Overdelivering. Undercharging. Trying to convince myself that freelancing was better than going back to corporate.
Until 2023, when everything just… stopped.
No More Contracts. No More Control.
The work dried up.
Clients pulled budgets. The world was shifting again—and so was I.
I sat there with a paused income, a toddler, and a truth that hit hard:
I couldn’t go back to corporate. But I couldn’t freelance anymore, either.
Corporate was asking people back into office life that never worked for caregivers or creative thinkers like me.
And freelance? Freelance had me stuck at the bottom of the pile—competing with Fiverr pricing for strategic work that should’ve commanded five figures.
I had built my career on delivering value. But I had no structure, no leverage, and no peace of mind.
And that’s when I knew: I had to find a new way to work.
The Pivot: A Coach, a Vision, a New Way Forward
I found @PiaSilva. I didn’t know it then, but hiring her would change everything.
She didn’t just help me write copy or raise my rates. She helped me see myself differently.
She showed me a way to live and work that I knew was possible—but didn’t know how to reach.
A business built on clarity, confidence, and packaging.
A brand that reflected my real value—not my availability.
Offers that didn’t ask “How many hours?”—but delivered real transformation on my terms.
Everything clicked.
Packaging Isn’t a Sales Tactic. It’s Self-Respect.
Since then, I’ve built an entirely new model—and a new life.
I don’t do endless proposals.
I don’t take random gigs.
And I don’t work without knowing exactly how that work fits into a bigger plan—for me and for my clients.
Now, I help other high-achieving professionals—especially ex-corporates, freelancers, consultants—step into this same clarity.
We take your brilliance and build a business structure around it.
→ Fixed-cost
→ Fixed-scope
→ Outcome-based offers that sell because they’re clear
We strip out the chaos and add real structure.
We define your brand, your package, and your visibility plan—so you’re not hustling, you’re commanding.
Because if you're feeling that ache—that blend of burnout, unknowing, and “I know I’m meant for more”—you’re not alone.
And you’re not wrong.
The game has changed.
The old rules? They don’t work anymore.
But the new economy? The project economy?
That’s where we thrive—when we’re strategic.
